Background of the Study

The rapid development and increase in the use of network computers, the internet and advances in telecommunication technology, has made e-learning a widely recognized valuable tool for learning and training. E-learning system is a web based learning system that helps the students to take the learning in incremental steps by providing the latest available content on the subjects. At its most basic level, it is an online course with a series of online resources to help students understand and prepare for their interested subjects. Essentially, e-learning is the realization of the concept of flexible learning by giving the user time, resources and scope to learn at their own interest, capacity and potential. E-learning, which is defined as a course in which 80 percent or more of its course content is delivered through the internet (Nicole 2013).
